Tara Sue Me asked me to post this while she's working. What would YOU like to see Domward and Subella do in the playroom? Which toys would you like to see them play with? Are there any special pieces of equipment you'd like to see them play on?

Sealed lists are always fun. Good for when the dom will be leaving home for a while. List of actions or commands, one per page, on a series of sheets, and seal each one in an envelope. Random number on each envelope. The instructions sealed into the envelopes directs the sub to open another envelope. Sometimes immediately or the next day. Keeping the scenarios sealed in the envelopes helps with suspense.
I'd like to see Bella safeword(yellow or red) for some reason, mainly because I'd like to know how Edward handles it.
I'm not sure what would make her safeword, but something surely would.
I think it would be interesting to see what happens if Bella doesn't enjoy what he is doing. It seems to me the training shouldn't only be about Bella screwing up, getting punished and learning, but the reverse would be part of it to.

Liking everything doesn't seem natural, so my request is to explore what happens when Edward pushes her too far and the pain, discomfort, or humiliation keeps her from finding pleasure in the scene. How will they deal with that.
I also would love to see if Bella pushes Edward's limits and he safewords...now I'm dying to see how that would go.

Hmmmmm.... This is a toughie. You know - there is a lot on their lists that could be explored at a play party. The prequel to YM my beloved Miss Kathy leaves the door open for Domward to really cope with sharing his 1%. If I remember checklists from forever ago, this is something she is ok with as long as there isn't sex. And I would imagine that this could make E a little nutty since he is such a possessive soul. He would have to give up something from himself for her to explore something. And it would be something where they would both be babes in the woods. Just a thought. Love you ladies. I think the suspension would be good. I don't think Edward would ever push Bella to safeword. It would also be kinda cool if Edward put Bella on the sybian.
I agree with Carrie Lynn, DeDe and others. Want to know how they will cope if he pushes too hard and she doesn't like/hates the scene. Seems like it could happen after stress of last week. It would show they still have a lot to learn about each other and no one is infallible. So far it has been Edward is right and Bella screws up. I want to know how they cope if that is reversed.
I agree with many of the others' suggestions, because the idea is something similar to a situation that happened with me. I had disappointed Him, which I abhor doing (almost worse than the punishment - though I am pretty bad with physical pain, so just almost - but I digress...) The next time we were heading toward something that pushed my limits, I really REALLY wanted just to please Him, so I decided not to safeword. Unfortunately, that backfired because I was so upset afterword and felt terrible/ashamed. He, obviously, was greatly disressed as well when he realized/found out what I had done (or rather, NOT done.) Because we had just come out of a punishment phase, I didn't want to do anything to disappoint Him again and I let things get out of hand. We wandered dangerously close to breaking hard-limit territory (something he was VERY interested in, but I did not want at all) and it nearly destroyed us. We are better now, but I don't know when/if He will be able to trust that I am being entirely truthful with him. All I was trying to do was keep him happy, but I went about it all the wrong way.
Perhaps something like that would appease the readers who are worried that Edward "screwing-up" would be OOC? Although he is, after all, only human! ;)

I would love to see Edward pleasure Isabella with an audience. I would leave the setting to you, at a play party, or at a window. I leave the creative stuff to you.
Is it really OOC for Edward to screw-up? He's human it makes him more real and means they both grow together. The relationship feels unequal when Bella's always wrong and Edward's always right. It's the one thing that has been bothering me.
I'm going to interject with my own 2 cents here, after reading the last several posts about wrong/right.
I think it's simply a matter of perspective that Edward is "always right" and Bella is "always wrong" lately. The last several chapters are from BPOV, and she would have little idea if what he's doing is right or wrong, technically.
I agree with lots of posts here, like khytruckle, Ava , vivalalove but especially DeDe; they need to use canes.... exploring lots of new things. One thing though, we need longer chapters, at least I do... I can't wait to read more!
I think it needs to be a two way learning as stated earlier...have Edward learn something..have limits pushed, etc.
Well first off. I would just like to see your story. Twilighted is still holding it hostage from me. I still can't get into the story site on there. Go figure. I've been a member for almost a year on the forum end of it. I REALLY hate that site!!!
I could go for a little bondage, he wants to use canes and I think after Peter and Charlotte she seems like she might be up for it. I'm not to keen on her crawling on the floor though. I don't know but your last two chapters have been pushing some buttons. They almost seem degrading in away. I can't say that about the last chapter because I have not read it yet.

I am personally finding the story actually quite boring and not at all what a real D/s relationship is, yes it has its moments. All we are seeing is a whining Bella and a pushy Dom(big difference between respective pushing and just being pushy.) Bella is constantly complaining and pouting, she needs to be given the proper guidance of an actual sub. trainer or given a damn book to help her acknowledge what the roles are. Edward has not given any of that. There actually is not much I would like to see from the story as the playroom goes, further knowledge should be given before continuing. But perhaps a suspension and twist would be fun; Bella in suspension horizontally and Edward spins her back and force at his waist level, gaining oral attention and vaginal or anal. Usually the sub is blindfolded. This is also an advanced scene. Awesome stuff!!! :p
I just loved reading all the post... you guys have all the imagination, but I agree some safewords would get that way of the story's description Edward also is learning and that would be interesting in his POV
What would I like to see?...well I think my list it's quite long but here it goes.
1. What was Edward thinking when Bella panicked on chapter 16.
2. I really would like for Bella to safeword, and not yellow safeword because that would basically mean that she likes it but Edward its pushing too hard I want her to red safeword. Especially if it's something that Edward really, really likes. I would like to see how he handles it.
3. I want Edward to safeword if that’s even possible.
4. I want Edward to introduce Bella to canes but not sure if I want her to like it or not.
5. A very, very possessive Domward would be fun.
6. Edward can't always be right, so far after they talk Bella says/thinks he is right, they have to disagree at some mayor point.
7. Anything with Suspension (upright, horizontal, inverted). I don't care which one.
8. Triple penetration.
9. I love TS and TD but of the two I love more TD and here is why, I love that Edward is not a skimmer. I would like to see more of Edward-not-skimmer POV.

Market_2_pocket- I'm really surprised by your post. There are plenty of stories out there that are more harsh than TT, this is true. I don't think saying it's "not at all what a real D/s relationship is" is fair at all. We get glimpses and moments inside their lives. I don't want to debate what is or isn't a real D/s relationship, as this is not the proper forum for that. I simply asked for reader feedback about potential scenes/moments/toys.
I don't see this Domward as pushy at all.
I do agree, and I am sure tara agrees too, that Bella needs more guidance. They're both finding their way here for the first time. I don't know about you, but I don't do everything right the first time I try -- I usually fail at least once, and have to figure out the right way to proceed. I like to think that these two are making their way together, and yes, they stumble and make mistakes. Yes, they will continue to learn and grow and challenge each other, but remember -- this is a piece of fiction. You can't possibly cover every single aspect of BDSM in this one piece of fiction.
Your swing suspension idea is a great one. I agree, a suspension bondage scene would be fun to read.

thank you for the comment back to me, its appreciated. this was solely my perspective and was not meant to upset or offend anyone. I've been a sub for many years now, yes my first few weeks I did screw up here and there, but not every scene. I'm also a perfectionist in nature, so I strive for that in my life and tend to really watch and not fuck up as much as possible, which, honestly, is not often. Anyway, like I said I appreciate the comment back to me. I'm glad you thought of the suspension as intriguing, it's quite fun in reality. I look forward to reading the next chapter, hopefully things will start to change and they'll actually start to talk.
I like the idea of Edward screwing up and having to deal with the consequences. It shouldn't always be Bella. I want her to just hate something he does and make that clear to him.
Here are some thoughts :)

I'd definitely like to see Edward whip out a gag, but I'm not sure they're ready for that, and I can't remember their limits on that. Sensory dep. would be interesting too (earplugs, blindfold). I'm interested in more bondage, less pain....no canes yet please :) Also, I'd love to see Edward give Bella another chance to decide what she wants to do, and have her speak up this time.
So far Bella's exposure has been limited to Edward and Peter and Charlotte. Have Edward take Bella to a larger BDSM meeting of a sort where she'd have to be her submissive self around others and she could see how others in the community are outside of the intimate meeting they had with Peter and Charlotte.
I miss them being in public or around family/friends and still being in their roles. There's been a little of it, but now they only play on the weekends and Edward specifically skipped the wedding. The risk of public exposure - not sex per se but that someone might view their actions as 'off' - is exciting.
I know there both new to the "Relationship" end of things but Edward has been a Dom for a long time and as we all know he is very good at it. So for him to screw up and accidently push one of Bella's hardlimits or do something that would cause her to redlight safeword to me is OOC. Now he may push on of her soft limists which would cause her to yello light which would be interesting but I just can't picture the other way.
I agree that Edward safewording would be interesting, purhaps at a party or whatever where Bella was purhaps enjoying too much and Edward gets possessive? IDK I don't write, just read.
I would enjoy Edwards reaction to Bellas green lighting past what he thought she could handle. Empower Bella a little after her she has been down. Let her show him what she is capable of.

Bella enjoyed being in the playroom with Peter and Charlotte, perhaps take it to the next level? How about having Bella and Edward now perform for them? I think that Bella would be a bit intimidated at a BDSM party, but to do a scene in front of people they know would be a good way to ease into something more.

It seems that he is always right and I know he has more experince in D/S than Bella but all the time they argue about something, Bella ends up telling that he is right. I have to agree with kharisma1 in that Edward is an experienced Dom. But it is also true that he has never taken a totally inexperienced sub to train either. While I would like to see a 'safewording,' I would actually find it more believable for Bella to do something that would cause Edward to safeword. I also don't think Bella is ready for caning yet. She trusts Edward, but all the sensations are still too new for her. I want to see them explore sensations that are more pleasurable first. Suspension play sounds like great fun, but so does sensory deprivation. I don't think Bella is ready for TP yet (it seems to me that it would require an extra person for that, but I'm very inexperienced with just about everything you have touched on in the story, so I'm probably totally wrong). A play party does sound like great fun - I agree with joanb102001 on that. While I don't want to give up any time reading about their weekends, I do miss their interactions in a more public setting. *wicked grin* I think I would like to see Edward taking Bella out in public on a weekend...
You know what? After all my rambling, I really don't care what comes next - tara always does a fantastic job and I know I'll love it.
Maybe, less playroom and more real-life? I mean a huge part of the D/s life is about trust and a lot of faith. So even though this is a M rated story, I think there should still be a fair amount of non-smut in there.
Also, I don't recall Bella ever having her period, I know that she's on a special kind of pills, but still.
I also think more real-life would be good. I missed seeing how they interacted during that punishment. I wanted to know if that punishment caused spill-over into their normal lives.
I find Bella causing Edward to safeword unrealistic, but I would like to see Bella driven to safeword and how they move on from that. If Edward is always right, and the one who knows what to do, it will eventually become boring. (Not that it has been boring so far, just the opposite.) I would like to see Edward forced to learn and grow not just Bella. Even though he said they had to learn together it has all been Bella so far. The only 'learning' he has done is not to worry about punishing her. Maybe Edward misreads Bella's responses and pushes her past her limits or she really hates something. That would actually be interesting, because so far everything she is worried about or thought would be demeaning she loves. She knows herself pretty well so it seems likely she actually would hate at least some activities she is concerned about.

By playroom - specifically in their house? I would love to see these things:
for Bella: the chance to explore her own limits on her own terms - negotiating during the week and then what happens in the room. It would be great to have Peter and Charlotte in their playroom - so much to do, to learn and to relish how much they have grown
for Edward: the chance to have a long scene - long enough to really push both of them, and long enough that we get inside the headspace, and that they don't fail at it, that Bella is able to maintain herself through it. Here is where I would see caning as part of this scene [caning seems popular amongst the replies so far] - we know Edward would like to get there, P&C would be happy to help mentor this, Bella has revisited her thoughts on the idea.
for us readers: ropes - shibari. I can only imagine how beautifully tara could write that. Whatever tara writes - a totally mirrored scene from BPOV and EPOV like TS/TD.

I would personally love to see Bella withhold sex from Edward during the week, maybe because of an argument or something like that, and have it not resolved by the weekend to see how they would interact in that type of situation: having a boyfriend/girlfriend fight spill over into a dom/sub weekend.
Also, I would like to see Edward mess up/ freak out/ have to stop a scene for some reason.

I understand everyone's fascination with the safewords, but I personally would like to see Bella use 'Green'. That's interesting. I would also like things to get more verbal between them while performing (more quotes). I also agree with Charlene, if Bella is on seasonal, it has to be coming up soon. It would be interesting to see what they do during that.
First of all thank you tara for writing such an exciting story and keeping it real and entertaining and so very well written. Sometimes I get the feeling that you feel pressured but you don't really have to worry, you are creating something beautiful. All my encouragement for you.
As for what i'd like to see...
a loong haard session in which we get to see bella struggling to get into the right subspace and then immensely enjoying it (but I guess that's what we are in the middle of, isn't it?).
and then it seems natural that bella would be introduced to the scene in their city, since edward must have played an important role there. Maybe a vanilla dinner first and then moving on to a play party or something like that?
I believe that everything we are saying here is already scheduled to be happening sooner or later, but for the things that are obviously OOC. So maybe one of them will safeword because something goes wrong during a session because,after all they are both human, and one might handle things differently on a hard day. But I'm not looking forward this happening.
I trust Tara, she is doing a great job. I can see the wheels in her brain turning.

Wow, I came back to see the other comments posted and I must say that I am blown away. So many suggestions and most of them being so similiar, I guess that's why we are so hooked on the story. I must say that TS & TD were the first FanFics that I have read, so it's cause of this great writting that I am so hooked.
I do believe as many that whatever Tara writes will be good but I most definitely agree with bluezaphire, all of those points are really good. Except for the TP, I don't know how you can do that if Edward doesn't share. You saw how mad he got when Peter brought it up..... I really don't know anything about this lifestyle, so anything written is great and a learning exprience for me.
I do miss EPOV, a lot, I love the way he thinks! It would be nice to hear a lil more from him. I will be counting down till the next chapter is up!
I do feel like this story is losing a little steam. Although the visual content is absolutely gorgeous, and I still look for updates constantly, the plot seems like it's deteriorating. Although I would love some hot Domward/Subella scenes I also want to know where this story is going.
I agree that having Bella safe word is uncharacteristic at this point, but maybe pushing Edward's limits would add some more plot line instead of just straight PWP. Maybe I feel this way because TS/TD had such a solid underlying plot line, and the Domward/Subella scenes were just icing on the cake, instead of being the whole sustenance of the story.
Melanie- The story has always had a well thought out story arc. Tara doesn't just write without an outline. I asked specifically about toys and equipment because I was curious about those two things and where the ideas meshed with what I know she has planned -- not so that readers could guide or direct where the story goes. All of the plot suggestions have been interesting to read, but I specifically didn't ask for those because those aspects aren't really up for debate/input.
I admit, I was confused by your PWP comment. Seriously? I don't think any portion of TT would quality as PWP. Yes, this part of the story has been heavier on smut at certain parts, but we're on like chapter 17 and they've only been in the playroom 2 or 3 times. I'd hardly say that's PWP, especially compared to some of the other stories out there.

I'm literally running out the door, but I just wanted to stop by and say that I agree that it would be really intriguing and a great insight into the characters if Bella safeworded (only yellow though!). I feel like that would be useful from EPOV so we can get his emotions, than he can discuss it with Bella afterwards. I don't think it'll be necessarily awkward, although I feel like we might get some self-misery/guilt from EPOV in the aftermath.

I'd really like to see more toys involved (vibrators, plugs dildos), the first time they did anal was a great scene I think they could explore that more.
Also nothing to do with the play room per se but it would be great to read more of their after care discussions and how they live their regular life. I know that's a lot more writing involved but I think it really goes hand in hand with her training balancing the two.

I think this was suggested before, but I would be interested in a scene where Edward was really pushing Bella, to the point where she couldn't climax on command. I think it would actually incorporate a lot of what other people are requesting: some sense of "failure" or imperfection on Edward's part, pushing Bella's limits and boundaries (with the result of her NOT liking something Edward DOES like) and how they communicate with each other in the aftermath to make them both better partners.
In general, though, I don't think you can ever go wrong with the following:

possessive Domward (it's the best)

I absolutely couldn't handle any sort of sharing on that front. Given that statement, however, I'm definitely a fan of public sex and exhibitionism (read: the Super Bowl scene was SO HOT).
